"We enjoyed the picking and singing . Enjoyed also the “ open mike ” portion and would like to hear more.
We couldn ' t stay for entire show, but leaving in the middle didn ' t mean we didn ' t enjoy.
P.S. I particularly enjoyed the music and singing of the man who lives nearby … he said he lived within 5 miles. Name escapes me."

I have not been to one of these jams yet but I do know that this building is located on Highway 31 not 61 in Henryville, Indiana."
-
Vickie Brown local resident
"The location is on Hiway 31 right in Henryville. In nice weather there is jamming outdoors with room for many! In poor weather the jamming is limited to the basement which is small. They have groups sign up and perform upstairs on stage so there is live music until around 10:30 most times. Good stuff!I am a local area resident and musician who has played there. www.oldhatmusic.com "

" I've been to this jam…..it is great! When I was able to go, there were about 25 musicians, all types of instruments were covered. They run an inner circle, and those that don't want to lead are welcome in the outer ring. Wives of the musicians come, and others…..fairly good audience. Bring snacks and finger foods; all seem to pitch in and there is more than plenty for all. Meets in a church…..no booze, no smokes, no bad language. Great Jam! "
